Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please Note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our healthcare apparel and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward return or exchange process designed specifically for medical professionals.
Eligibility Requirements
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible:
- Item must be in original condition
- Unwashed and unworn
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Compression Socks (due to intimate apparel nature)
- Medical Devices (including Littmann Stethoscopes)
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Items from final sale or clearance sections
Return/Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Item Securely: Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival), we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of your refund approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your financial institution’s processing times.
Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Exchange Processing
For size or color exchanges, we will process the exchange once the original item is received at our facility. We will ship the replacement using the same method as your original order unless otherwise requested.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
