• Compression socks and medical devices are final sale due to hygiene considerations
• Personalized or monogrammed items cannot be returned
• Clearance items are sold as-is with all sales final

Shipping:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

International Orders:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility:

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be in original condition
• Unwashed and unworn
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Compression socks
• Medical devices (including Littmann Stethoscopes)
• Personalized or monogrammed items
• Final sale or clearance items

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. Wait for authorization and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

Refunds:
